Current ICAO-compliant photograph guidance
Passport Seva’s ICAO guide asks for a full, front-facing head, natural expression, open and clearly visible eyes, uniform lighting and no distracting shadows. The image should not be blurred or altered with software.
Paper-form and special workflows
Some paper, diplomatic, official, minor or mission-based workflows may request physical colour photographs measuring 4.5cm long × 3.5cm wide. Requirements depend on the application route, so follow the instructions displayed for your case.
